3030 Daniel Avenue is a gorgeous Georgian-style house open to female students enrolled at Southern Methodist University. This three-story, 11,510 square foot facility offers fully furnished single and double occupancy rooms for up to 33. Other amenities include community floor bathrooms, a mini-kitchen on the main floor, dining room, living room as well as multiple study rooms and community areas.
Accommodations at our facility include: on-site washer and dryer, wireless internet, key code access and housekeeping for common areas. Residents will not be expected to pay any additional utility fees.
Located on Daniel Avenue, our facility is an easy walk or bike ride to class. There is also a resident parking lot. Easy access to Fondren Starbucks and Lawyer’s Inn. Close proximity to Snyder Plaza for shopping and dining. Close proximity to SMU Express shuttle which offers complimentary transportation around the SMU main and East campuses. Burleson Park is across the street with green spaces, tennis and pickleball courts, a soccer practice field, a clay softball/baseball diamond and basketball courts.
